SHIPPING

USA ORDERS:

First class shipping under $25 is $3.50 and takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is uninsured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. If you are concerned that your package will be lost or stolen, please select the Priority shipping option. We offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders $25 or over.

Priority shipping is $6.50. This shipping option is insured and takes 1-3 days to arrive after being shipped.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. If you need up to rush your order, please send us an email with your order number and we will do our best to ship as soon as possible.

Please note: Our processing time is 3-5 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays.  Processing time is separate from shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping is a flat rate if $19 USD.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach you via email to obtain an accurate address.  Because we are charged every time a shipping label is created, there will be a shipping charge to ship to a different address.  If we don’t receive a response back, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.  We ask that you please ensure you verify your address at checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.  If you like, you have the option of insuring your package by choosing the Priority shipping option at checkout.  If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during transit, please contact your local USPS office immediately.

As a general rule, domestic First-Class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to eight weeks for arrival.  Little Wonders Co. will not issue refunds for lost first class packages.

CANCELLATIONS

If you placed an order in error, you have up to 12 hours to cancel your order.  Anything after 12 hours and will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the size of our business and limited stock, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We ask that you please review your order before finalizing it to make sure all of your information is correct.

If your product is defective within one year of purchase, please notify us right away as we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost to you upon return of the defective item(s). 

No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.

We do not offer refunds for gift cards and gift subscriptions.

SALES

We hold several sales throughout the year. One of our biggest sale of the year occurs during the summer and on Black Friday with 50% off everything.  Only orders placed within the sale time frames are qualified for a discount. Orders placed before a sale starts or after a sale has ended are not eligible for that discount. Newsletters are sent to our subscribers each time we have a sale.
