If you experience any issues with missing or damaged items, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of receiving the merchandise.  Any complaints received after the timeline will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  Be sure to provide images of any damage for Quality Assurance purposes.  Once we receive the image, we will be able to offer replacement options.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipping progress.  You can also find out all shipping information by logging into your account.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package via the carrier's website.  You can also find your tracking number within your account page in the recurring profile section.  For a lost package or a package showing as delivered, but not received, you must contact us within 7 days from the ship date.  Any complaints received after the timeline will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

First class shipping under $30 is $3.50 and takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is uninsured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. If you are concerned that your package will be lost or stolen, please select the Priority shipping option. We offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders $30 or over.

Priority shipping is $6.50. This shipping option is insured and takes 1-3 days to arrive after being shipped.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. If you need up to rush your order, please send us an email with your order number and we will do our best to ship as soon as possible.



International shipping is a flat rate if $19 USD.


All in stock item ship out within 3-5 business days.  Please note, this time frame does not include weekends or holidays.  Any items purchased on a sale day or during holidays will extend turnaround times.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.  If you like, you have the option of insuring your package by choosing the Priority shipping option at checkout.  If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during transit, please contact your local USPS office immediately.

As a general rule, domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to eight weeks for arrival.  Little Wonders Co. will not issue refunds for lost first class packages.

Due to the size of our business and limited stock, we offer returns or exchanges on any product that has not been used and is in it's original packaging within a 30 day window.   If your item is eligible for a return, a shop credit for the purchase price will be issued to your account.  This does not include the shipping charges.

We ask that you please review your order before finalizing it to make sure all of your information is correct.

If your product is defective within one year of purchase, please notify us right away as we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost to you upon return of the defective item(s). 

No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.

All international orders and clearance items are considered final sale.

It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit for your returned item(s) will be credited back to your account as a shop credit. 

Your order can be adjusted within 24 hours of ordering. Adjustments such as color or hardware are considered changes. Please be sure to email with your order number and details about the items that need to be corrected.

All custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which you are shipping your order. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.

You must be a registered account holder on to access your order history.


Creating an account on can maximize your shopping experience and make your use of the site more convenient. Also, certain features and benefits of our website are only available if you register an account. Examples of just some of those great benefits include: the ability to store payment, billing and shipping information for faster and easier checkout and tracking your order history.

If you have forgotten your account password, please click on the Forgot Password link during the sign-in process. You will be instructed to reset your password via email. An email will be sent to you containing a link to our site which you can follow to create a new password.  You may also email Customer Service at for assistance.


Here at Little Wonders Co., we make every effort to provide the highest-quality products for your little ones. We use premium fabrics and BPA-free silicone beads that are free from any harmful chemicals.  Every product undergoes rigorous quality control testing to ensure nothing but the best is provided to you.

As moms, we understand firsthand the importance of efficiency, functionality, and safety. And although we are pretty sure that you will not only enjoy but love everything Little Wonders Co., we do not rule out the rare occasions that product failure can occur.

So it is our guarantee that we stand by 100%.  If our product is defective within one year of purchase, you can return the product to us and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Our products are powered by ensuring self-love and demonstrating the best version of yourself for everyone involved.  And because of that, we have complete confidence that every product we make is not only ah-mazing, but will last through your little one's adventures.


All hair accessories should never be machine washed.  Instead spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.  Let air dry and bring back to life and fullness by pressing on low setting.

- Note of Safety: Our bows may contain small parts that could potentially be dangerous to small children. Please supervise your child while wearing our bows.

You should not sterilize your pacifier clip.  Silicone is naturally antimicrobial, wiping with warm soapy water thoroughly is sufficient to clean it. 

-  Please note: Do not boil or microwave your pacifier clip as it will damage the product.
