Any payment or subscription changes must be made by the 14th of each month in order to take into effect (i.e. to change your payment details for your June subscription box, you will have to update it by May 14th). These changes can be made by logging into your account.
The process begins with you choosing the subscription and bow style that works for you. You will be charged at the time of subscribing and your bows will ship out between the 25th-28th of the month. Once the box is shipped, you will receive an email notification of it's shipment along with a tracking number. With this information, you can monitor the delivery progress. All future payments will be processed on the 15th of each month.
You are to cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account. To avoid a charge for the current month, you must cancel by the 14th of the month prior to shipping. For refunds, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.
If you experience any issues with missing or damage items, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Be sure to provide images of any damage for Quality Assurance purposes. Once we receive the image, we will be able to offer replacement options.
Absolutely not! You are welcome to order any of our single bows without subscribing to our bow subscription. However, as a subscriber you will have access to 20% off of all single bows at any time and can participate in our referral program that gives you free months of your subscription.
No, absolutely not! We want to make it convenient for you as much as possible. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. Gift subscriptions do not renew as they are considered one-time purchases.
We ship between the 25th-28th of each month. For U.S. addresses, it can take 2-5 business days for delivery from when the package is shipped. For international, it might take up to 10 additional business days. Kindly note that our estimated delivery dates are estimates only, as we cannot guarantee there will not be shipping delays at times. As soon as your box is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment.

For a lost box or a box showing as delivered, but not received, the subscriber must contact us within 7 days from the ship date. Any compliants received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
All in stock item ship out within 3-5 business days. Please note, this time frame does not include weekends or holidays. Any items purchased on a sale day or during holidays will extend turnaround times.

First class shipping under $25 is $3.50 and takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is uninsured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. If you are concerned that your package will be lost or stolen, please select the Priority shipping option. We offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders $25 or over.
Priority shipping is $6.50. This shipping option is insured and takes 1-3 days to arrive after being shipped.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If you like, you have the option of insuring your package by choosing the Priority shipping option at checkout. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during transit, please contact your local USPS office immediately.
As a general rule, domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to eight weeks for arrival. Little Wonders Co. will not issue refunds for lost first class packages.
Your order can be adjusted within 24 hours of ordering. Adjustments such as color or hardware are considered changes. Please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the items that need to be corrected.
